Terms and Conditions Welcome to Treasures Elites & Noble Treasures, a program of Communities Treasures Inc. By registering for any of our programs, camps, classes, or events, you agree to the following terms: 1. Registration & Payments All registrations must be completed with full or partial payment to secure a participant’s spot. Remaining balances must be paid by the stated deadline. 2. No Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes deposits, registration fees, and full payments. 3. Participation & Conduct Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and peers. Communities Treasures Inc. reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior without refund. 4. Attendance Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time. Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits. 5. Media Release By participating, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken and used for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing. 6. Program Changes We reserve the right to adjust schedules, activities, or locations as needed to ensure the best experience for participants. 7. Liability Communities Treasures Inc. is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or unforeseen circumstances. 8.
